PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feature data generation method for generating feature data for expressing one feature by using a plurality of polygons by dividing the shape of a predetermined feature by every part with different height.;SOLUTION: This feature data generation method acquires the outline shape of the feature based on the upper surface outermost shape of a stereoscopic object. In addition, the feature data generation method acquires partial polygons based on the height of the upper surface of the stereoscopic object from the ground. In addition, the feature data generation method acquires external information points. Furthermore, the feature data generation method groups the feature level difference shapes included in the acquired feature outline shape.
