PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of authenticating that a user or the like is an authentic user or the like, in a commercial transaction in a town on the Net extending for the user's own terminal of a user, for constructing, on the Net, Dotcity comprising the town in which the user or the like puts interest and taste.;SOLUTION: The system comprises an authentication registry which is positioned at a desired location in a town and is for biometric authentication for authenticating that a user or the like is an authentic user or the like, and a terminal of the user having a camera capable of photographing at least the face front side of the user or the like. The authentication registry has a system and program having a program for inspecting the locations and distance relationship of the eye, nose, mouth, ear and the like regarding the entire face of the user or the like by capturing the front side image of the user or the like, a memory for processing image processing information thereof and recording the inspection result, and a server storing these pieces of information, and compares and verifies a specific image with an image stored in the server.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
