PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a 6000-series aluminum alloy formed sheet and shearing-processing method therefor with which the development of chips can easily and surely be restrained without obstructing the shearing-processing itself.;SOLUTION: When the 6000-series aluminum alloy sheet having ≤5mm thickness and containing by mass% of 0.3-2.5% Si, 0.1-3.0% Mn, is sheared with the shearing with the upper edge and the lower edge to make a panel material; Charpy impact value measured in the impact test of metal material regulated in JIS Z2242 to the shearing-processed aluminum alloy sheet, is beforehand made in the range of 12-30 J/cm² to restrain the development of the chips at the time of shearing-processing.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
