PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically release the door lock of a low pressure chamber airtight door in a depression step though the door lock must be released for each exit in conventional low pressure airtight doors.;SOLUTION: In this door lock release method for the low pressure chamber airtight door, a packing disposed between the casing and the airtight door of the low pressure chamber of the low pressure chamber airtight door is compressed and deformed by an external pressure in the depression step. When the load applied to a door lock mechanism is removed, the door lock is automatically released by the self-weight of the lever of the door lock mechanism.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
