PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone service system capable of integrating and consolidating a single or a plurality of fixed phones and mobile phones used properly for each purpose into one mobile terminal. PSOLUTION: When a user transmits from a mobile terminal 1, the user selects a transmitting telephone number to be used from each of particular fixed telephone numbers of its own home A, an office B, and a shop C depending on the purpose, sets the selected transmitting telephone number to a caller number parameter of an origination message, and transmits the resulting message to a service control apparatus of a service control station 3 or a mobile switching station 4. The service control apparatus extracts the transmitting telephone number set to the caller number parameter of the origination message, searches a regional station number/wireless area number lookup table on the basis of the extracted particular fixed telephone number and detects one or more mobile phone wireless area numbers. The service control apparatus extracts the wireless area number from the origination message, compares the extracted wireless area number with the detected wireless area numbers, and permits an origination request by the origination message from the mobile terminal 1 when they are coincident with each other.
