PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surf-livings-raising fishbank capable of raising surf-livings' fingerlings while protecting them from foreign enemies. PSOLUTION: The fishbank is such as to be intended for raising the fingerings X of surf-livings such as abalone or sea urchin released into a raising area P1 for at least a predetermined period. This fishbank includes a mechanism that is set up in between the raising area P1 and a non-raising area Q and functions to prevent the fingerings X from escaping from the area P1 into the area Q.
