PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and completely close a hole formed in a structure such as a vertically installed concrete utility pole.;SOLUTION: This tool for closing the hole is used to close a side face opening 11 formed in the utility pole with a filler. The tool comprises a punching metal plate 15 in which a large number of holes are drilled, having an area larger than that of the side face opening 11, and applied from the rear of the side face opening 11 to close the side face opening 11 from the rear side, a steel net 19 having one or more sets of engagement parts engaged with cutout portions formed in the front side of the side face opening 11, and a binding wire 17 connecting the punching metal plate 15 to the steel net 19 disposed oppositely to each other by utilizing the holes of the punching metal plate 15.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
