PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection method for immunologically detecting a substance to be examined simply with high sensitivity.;SOLUTION: In the detection method for immunologically detecting the substance to be examined, the substance to be examined is made to react with the biotin labelled substance specifically bonded to the solid phase substance to be examined fixed on a solid phase and the biotin labelled substance captured by the solid-phase substance to be examined is made to react with avidin or streptoavidin while avidin or streptoavidin captured by biotin is made to react with a biotin labelled quantum dot and the fluorescence intensity of the biotin labelled quantum dot captured by avidin or streptoavidin is measured.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
