PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low sulfur, low sulfate ash and low phosphorus lubricant composition giving good anti-wear performance. PSOLUTION: The low sulfur, low sulfate ash and low phosphorus lubricant composition for a low emission gas high-load diesel engine is provided by containing the following ingredients. That is, an anti-wear additive composition comprising (a) a major amount of lubricating viscosity oil and (b) 2 mass% metal salt of Mannich condensate based on the total mass weight of the lubricant is provided. And, a low sulfur, low sulfate ash and low phosphorus lubricant condensate is provided by containing the following ingredients. That is, an anti-wear additive composition comprising (a) a lubricating viscosity oil and (b) 2 mass% metal salt of Mannich condensate based on the total mass weight of the lubricant is provided.
