PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anonymous charging system capable of performing charging processing while keeping a viewer anonymous.;SOLUTION: The anonymous charging system S is characterized in comprising: a content distribution apparatus 1 for distributing contents; a content viewing apparatus 2 for generating encrypted charging information by encrypting charging information corresponding to contents that a viewer has viewed, using a public key of a homomorphic public key encryption system disclosed beforehand; a view charge tabulation device 4 for generating pay amount information to a content provider while encrypting it from the encrypted charging information; and a view charge decryption device 5 for decrypting the encrypted charging information and the encrypted pay amount information using a private key paired with the public key of the homomorphic public key encryption system.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
