PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimally reduce a warmup time even at any kind of power disconnection.;SOLUTION: A CPU 102 updates present time from a high-level device 150 for every given length of time to update and store it in an F-ROM 103. When an instantaneous interruption occurs in the power supply of the device, the CPU 102 makes the time updated and stored in the F-ROM 103 as interruption time when the power supply is restored, and calculates a period of time of the power interruption based on the present time acquired from the high-level device 150 when the power supply is restored. The shortest warmup time without influence of individual difference of the quartz resonator with the thermostatic chamber 104 is calculated by using the period of time of the power interruption and an inclination value read from the F-ROM 103 between the period of time of the power interruption, and the warmup time previously calculated by an output clock of the quartz resonator with the thermostatic chamber 104.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
