The residual echo suppressing part 5 compares an amplitude and a phase of a spectrum between the transmission signal and the pseudo echo signal, calculates a residual echo suppression coefficient so as to increase the degree of suppression in the case of satisfying an amplitude constraint condition and a phase constraint condition to thereby suppress a residual echo component that approximates to a echo component included in the transmission signal and on the other hand, prevents a voice component of a talker and a signal component of ambient noise information or the like from being suppressed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
