PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a system for producing a slurry fermented feed when required by utilizing a food waste. PSOLUTION: The apparatus for slurrying a food waste is equipped with a disklike strainer base plate 4 having a great number of through holes 12 for grinding/disintegrating a raw material into a proper solid size and separating and passing the ground raw material through the base plate on the bottom part of a grinding and stirring tank 1a and a rotor 6 having a shearing rotation blade 5 on the upper side of the separation strainer base plate 4. The rotor 6 is equipped with a rotation driving gear 10 and is freely rotated. The apparatus for slurrying a food waste is equipped with a treated raw material storage chamber 11 having a discharge port 13 on the lower side of the disklike strainer base plate 4 and a steam/hot water ejecting device 14 for supplying steam and hot water to the tank in the grinding and stirring tank 1a.
