PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contribute to solution of an environmental problem by easily acquiring accurate history information relating to emission of specific composition contained in exhaust gas of a vehicle.;SOLUTION: In a vehicle history acquisition device 2 of a vehicle 2a, a numerical value management part 25 digitizes signal acquired from various type of sensors 27 and a temporary quantity calculation part 21 calculates temporary CO₂ emission quantity. Digitization and calculation of temporary CO₂ emission quantity are started when if a result of certification of a vehicle ID number which a reader 2 reads form a wireless IC tag by a certification part 22 is correct. A communication management part 24 sends data digitized by the numerical value management part 25 and data of temporary CO₂ emission quantity to an electronic card creation and distribution device through wireless communication by a wireless communication part 23. The electronic card creation and distribution device accumulates data relating to the vehicle 2a, information of fuel or the like purchased by the vehicle 2a, and information relating to repair of parts, and calculates CO₂ emission quantity based on those data and temporary CO₂ emission quantity.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
