PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recovery method useful for recycling resources and decreasing a discharged residue amount by improving the efficiency of valuable matter classification treatment of crushed residues and a system for performing the recovery method. PSOLUTION: The recovery method involves the step of: crushing recovered crushed residues in a crushing part and separating ferrous materials, non-ferrous metals, and others by a primary magnetic classification part; separating the non-ferrous metals and others into lightweight powder dust and heavy powder dust by wind blast in a wind classification part; and separating the separated lightweight powder and heavy powder respectively into non-ferrous metals and others and non-conductive dust by applying electricity from a secondary magnetic separation part having a conductive part to obtain ferrous materials and non-ferrous metals.
