COATED STEEL MATERIAL EXCELLENT IN LASER CUTTING PROPERTIES AND PRIMARY RUSTPROOF PROPERTIES AND COATING USED THEREIN

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated steel material coated with a primer enhanced in laser cutting properties in a case cut by a laser and also excellent in rustproof properties, and coating used therein. PSOLUTION: The surface of a steel material main body is coated with the primer containing a titania powder, a zinc powder and an aluminum powder to obtain the coated steel material excellent in laser cutting properties and primary rustproof properties. The primer is preferably constituted so that the coating amount of the titania powder is 4.5-26 g/mSP2/SP, the coating amount of the zinc powder is 9-30 g/mSP2/SPand the coating amount of the aluminum powder is 0.1-10 g/mSP2/SP.
