PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication resource reserving system for reserving all communication resources on a moving route in advance at calling from a mobile terminal.;SOLUTION: At calling, a mobile terminal 1 informs an exchange 3 of the present position and a destination as a position information report signal, then a moving route retriever 301 of the communication resource reserving apparatus 30 retrieves a moving route 11 from the present position to the designation, the apparatus detects communication cells 211, 221, 231 existing on the moving route 11 from the location constitution of communication cells stored in a communication cell constituting data part 302 to reserve and capture communication resources of radio base stations 21, 22, 23 having the communication cells and store terminal IDs capable of uniquely identifying the mobile terminal 1 in a memory means 32. When the exchange 3 receives a handover execution request from the mobile terminal 1, the reserved and captured communication resources are allocated to the terminal that has reserved and captured the communication resources at calling, and switches from the reserving and capture state to a communication state.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
