PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing fixture of a wooden vessel which can easily rapidly form a plurality of plate materials into an approximately cylindrical shape, accurately bond them, improve an yield by exactly making joints of plate materials tightly contact each other, and manufacture a wooden vessel capable of being recycled in high efficiency since the vessel is composed of only timber without use of a metallic stopper, and to provide a manufacturing method of the wooden vessel using the fixture.;SOLUTION: The manufacturing fixture 1 of the wooden vessel comprises a frame body 12 having a plate material insertion hole 11 which is an approximately circular opening having an inner diameter approximately same as an outer diameter of the wooden vessel 2, a slit 13 formed in the area from the inner circumferential surface 11a of the plate material insertion hole 11 to the outer edge surface of the frame body 12, and a portion 14 to be pressed receiving pressing force in the direction for the slit 13 to close.
