PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce errors in setting flexibility in an assembly definition for components of a CAD device. PSOLUTION: A plurality of assembly definition data comprising names of assembly definitions, definition order, shapes of definition places, data showing flexibility and so on are preliminarily registered in an assembly definition database 12. The determination part 16 of a CAD device 11 compares the shape data of a definition place of assembly definition data selected by an operator with the shape data of a designated component-assembling place to determine whether these shape data are matched.
