PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to specify a range of measurement of process processing time in a model and to use a measured value for a conditional branch or the like.;SOLUTION: In a business process management server 102, a control part 204 controls application programs 107 in response to a request from a client 101 such that the application programs 107 process business processes according to the processing flow of an extended model defined by extended model definitions 106. A measurement part 205 then measures a processing time between the business process that is the start point of measurement and the business process that is the end point of measurement both defined in advance by the extended model definitions 106.
