PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate the maintenance cost of a software product.;SOLUTION: An operation cost calculation part 110 calculates operation costs in the case of executing the maintenance of each module configuring a software product, and a product model preparation part 120 prepares the product model of the software product by analyzing the control flow and data flow of a module, and a maintenance point calculation part 130 calculates maintenance points for a maintenance request by using the operation costs and product model of each module.
