PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air type heat collection member having improved heat collecting/heat exchanging efficiency and having construction with a smaller size and a free shape adaptable to design quality familiar with a building, and to provide an air type solar collector and ventilation system. PSOLUTION: The air type heat collection member is a plate body 10 which consists of a heat receiving plate 11 on the side of receiving solar emission and a heat absorbing plate 12 on the opposite side arranged in parallel with an extremely thin air layer 13 of a distance of about 10mm or shorter laid therebetween. The plate body 10 is shorter, several centimeters to one meter in the flowing direction of the extremely thin air layer 13. The plurality of plate bodies are arranged in parallel on a whole heat receiving plane which receives the solar emission, and their air resistance is adjusted to equally suck air. Air is sucked from a space on the side of receiving the solar emission into the extremely thin air layer 13, it is exchanged with emission heat to be received during a time when passing through the extremely thin air layer 13 by means of convection or conduction, and the heat exchanged air is blown to the opposite side to the side of receiving the solar emission.
