STRUCTURE FOR FIXING SIPING BLADE TO TIRE MOLDING MOLD, AND METHOD FOR FIXING SIPING BLADE TO TIRE MOLDING MOLD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for fixing a siping blade to a tire molding mold and a method for fixing the siping blade to the tire molding mold which are constituted so as to easily remove and detach the siping blade embedded in a mold main body from the mold main body and which are capable of reusing the tire molding mold and the siping blade.;SOLUTION: The siping blade 2 is detachably fixed with a fixing means 7 on a backside 3b of the tire molding mold 3; as for this first embodiment, the siping blade 2 is fixed to a penetrated trench 6 of the tire molding mold 3 by attaching a drop-off prevention band 7a to the tip of the siping blade 2 protruding from a concave part 8 formed on the backside 3b of the tire molding mold 3. Therefore, the siping blade 2 can be easily detached from the penetrated trench 6 of the tire molding mold 3 by removing the drop-off prevention band 7a attached to the tip of the siping blade 2 when disjointing the tire molding mold 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
