PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reformed fuel oil having a high flash point which is produced from a waste edible oil and a waste lubricant oil at a low cost, and which can be favorably used for an internal engine such as a diesel engine and a gas turbine, and an external engine such as a steam boiler.;SOLUTION: The waste edible oil is sieved by a sieve 11, thereafter is held in a first raw material tank 12 at a temperature of from about 40°C to ordinary temperature; the waste edible oil taken from the first raw material tank is separated into a reformed oil constituent and other constituents at about 90°C; then it is stored in a first holding tank 15 as a first reformed oil raw material at a temperature of from about 40°C to ordinary temperature; meanwhile, after the waste lubricant oil is sieved by a sieve 31, it is held in a second raw material tank 32 at ordinary temperature; a sludge and the like is removed by separating the waste lubricant oil taken from the second raw material tank into a reformed oil constituent and other constituents at ordinary temperature; thereafter it is stored in a second holding tank 35 as a second reformed oil raw material; the first reformed oil raw material and the second reformed oil raw material are stirred to mix in a mixing tank 40; and it is stored in the mixing tank 40 at a temperature about 40°C to ordinary temperature.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
