PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for allowing both of a service provider and a user to enjoy merits by reasonably drawing lots for the user of an automatic ticket gate.;SOLUTION: Member information of a store and railway ticket information are associated with each other and stored in an ID management server 10. Getting on/off histories transmitted from station servers 14A-14C are stored in a railway server 11 in association with railway ticket IDs. Store names and stations drawing lots for the stores are stored in an information matching server 12 in association with each other. When receiving getting off information from the railway server 11, the matching server 12 determines the presence or absence of the member information by referring to the ID management server 10 on the basis of the railway ticket IDs, and extracts the store name if the member information is present. If the getting off station is a station to draw lots for the store, the matching server 12 extracts the getting on/off histories corresponding to the ticket IDs with reference to the railway server 11, and when a boarding distance is longer than a prescribed distance, drawing of lots is performed by setting the winning probability high.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
