PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent illegal abandonment and loss in the middle of transportation by checking if a plurality of kinds of industrial wastes have been transported to a corresponding industrial waste disposal site and to reduce the number of manhour of creating manifest.;SOLUTION: In places (generation sites A to C) where industrial wastes are generated, the industrial wastes are stored in containers, handling codes and weights of the industrial wastes are recorded in IC tags of the containers, the containers are loaded on vehicles, and are transported to industrial waste disposal sites AA to CC. When the vehicles enter the industrial waste disposal sites, it is examined at the gate whether the vehicles load the containers whose destinations are the industrial waste disposal sites and vehicle weights A are measured. When the containers are loaded and vehicle weights B measured at industrial waste disposal sites which the vehicle stopped by previously (or the generation sites) coincide with the vehicle weights A, entrance to the industrial waste disposal sites is permitted. Also, when the vehicles leave the industrial waste disposal sites, vehicle weights C are measured and differences between the vehicle weights A and the vehicle weights C are equal to a sum of weights of the industrial wastes destined to the industrial waste disposal sites, start of the vehicles is permitted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
