PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a net repairing tool capable of easily repairing a damaged net by being fixed with a surface fastener by superposing a superimposed net on a damaged place of a net tool, an insecticidal net tool; and a manufacturing method of the net tool.;SOLUTION: The superimposed net (a repaired net) 6 or the superimposed net (a net with a chemical) 22 is superposed on a net (a damage net) 3 or a net (a net without a chemical) 21 of the net tool 1. An extremely small projection 11 of a plurality of surface fasteners 7 is inserted into and engaged with meshes 4 and 8 of both nets 3, 21 and 6, 22. When the mesh 8 of the nets 6 and 22 is small, the mesh 8 only inserts a long extended part 36, and does not insert a short extended part 35.
