PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinless coating device for manufacturing a color filter in which a resist discharge nozzle moves to and fro between a place over a metal roll and a substrate coating part, and carries out resist discharging for forming a resist on a glass substrate, and which is equipped with a preliminary discharge part that scrapes off the resist adhering to the metal roll completely and improves the cleanliness of the metal roll.;SOLUTION: The spinless coating device having a preliminary discharging part equipped with a resist scraping function in which an additional resist scraping blade unit is disposed immediately after the existing resist scraping blade unit removes the adhering resist using the scraping function parts in which double scraping blade units are disposed, a roll dip cleaning unit, a solvent scraping blade unit, a two-fluid nozzle, and an air knife in this order.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
