PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily create examination questions with various expression capability, and to enable an examinee to efficiently answer the questions in an examination using a computer.;SOLUTION: An apparatus for providing examination questions is provided with: an examination question creation server 101 which stores a plurality of contents created, by combining document information constituting one of examination questions created by a first application with graphic or image information constituting one of examination questions created but by a second application different from the first application to be used as one content; a terminal 103 for editing the examination questions which edits the contents; and a terminal 104 for the examinee equipped with a display control part 322 for controlling a display screen 320 so as to display the contents in a prescribed layout.
