PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote maintenance diagnostic system capable of providing effective diagnosis and maintenance of lamp disconnection position detectors in a plurality of airports.;SOLUTION: A communication device 1 for connecting the monitoring devices 2 of the lamp disconnection position detectors 30 in airports nationwide to a wide area network 10 is provided. A support center 100 connected to the network 10 has a meteorological database 14 for storing meteorological information at each airport that is obtained from a nationwide meteorological databases 19; a device status history database 15 for storing the operation information of the lamp disconnection position detector obtained from the monitoring device 2 in each airport; a device configuration database 16 for storing information about the configuration of the device in each airport; a processor 12 for searching for similar points among the operation information of the lamp disconnection position detector, the device configuration information and the meteorological information obtained from the airports, and providing diagnosis based on diagnostic rules; a diagnostic element and diagnosis database 17 for registering the diagnostic rules and the like; and an input/output terminal 13 for setting information in the databases and the diagnostic rules.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
