PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the attaching work of a protection bush while improving the efficiency of attaching work using a rubber layer having a water absorption swelling property, and enable the miniaturization of a bush attaching tool.;SOLUTION: The rubber layer 15 is shaped in a hollow cylinder which can be inserted from the outside of a branch axis Y direction, and formed in the portion of the outer peripheral surface at least corresponding to the inner peripheral surface of the branch port 4. The protection bush 5 is inserted into the branch port 4 formed in water distributing pipe 1. In the protection bush 5, an insertion restrictor 13 which is brought in contact with an opening peripheral edge at the outer peripheral side of the branch port 4, and one or a plurality of temporary stoppers 14 are formed in the circumferential direction to prevent the protection bush 5 from dropping out toward the outside of the branch axis Y direction by partially being engaged with the opening peripheral edge at the inner peripheral surface side of the branch port 4 in contact with the opening peripheral edge at the outer peripheral surface side.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
