PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a windbreak chamber minimizing a flow of air between an interior and an exterior at an entrance.;SOLUTION: The windbreak chamber 1 has a communication passage 4 communicating the interior 2 and the exterior 3 of a building, and a pair of side walls 6a, 6b provided on both sides of the communication passage 4. In one side wall 6a of the pair of side walls, by an air blowing means 8a provided in its interior, air in the communication passage 4 is sucked from an opening 9a in an interior 2 side of the one side wall 6a, and air is blown out into the communication passage 4 from an opening 10a in an exterior 3 side of the one side wall 6a.
