PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive soil moisture measuring device capable of measuring a drying degree of the soil in a low-moisture region of pF 2.8 or higher.;SOLUTION: This soil moisture measuring device has a transparent tube body 1, whose upper end is mounted removably with a rubber stopper 4 and lower end is mounted with a porous cup 3.
