PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for measuring a gray-to-gray response time in a liquid crystal display by a plurality of photodetectors.;SOLUTION: An optical scope includes the plurality of photodetectors for measuring respectively a plurality of gray level measuring matrixes constituting a gray level measuring matrix.
