ENVIRONMENTALLY RESPONSIVE GASOLINE COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environmentally responsive gasoline composition having sufficient practical performance while reducing an olefin content to ≤5.0 vol.% and a sulfur content to ≤10 mass ppm, preferably ≤1 mass ppm and to provide a method for producing the composition.;SOLUTION: The environmentally responsive gasoline composition has a research octane number of ≥90 and 96, an olefin content of ≤5.0 vol.%, an aromatic content of ≥20 vol.% and ≤40 vol.%, an isoparaffin content of ≥40 vol.% and ≤80 vol.%, a sulfur content of ≤10 mass ppm, and an oxygen-containing compound content of 0-15 vol.%. The method for producing the environmentally responsive gasoline composition comprises the blending of an isomerized gasoline base obtained by isomerizing the skeleton of a specific naphtha fraction with a conventional gasoline base.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
