PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple method for improving fluidity of a grout material to ensure excellent workability of the grout material using low-heat portland cement.;SOLUTION: Fluidity of the grout material can be improved by mixing hydroxy carboxylic acid and/or hydroxy carboxylic acid salt in the grout material using the low-heat portland cement. It is preferable to mix 0.01-0.1 pts.mass of hydroxy carboxylic acid and/or hydroxy carboxylic acid salt in 100 pts.mass of hydraulic inorganic powder containing low-heat portland cement and a calcium sulfoaluminate expanding material.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
