PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information leak prevention system capable of attaining both firm security and convenience. PSOLUTION: This information leak prevention system comprises a server including a secret flag storage means storing electronic data in association with a secret flag, a reading means reading the electronic data only when a terminal ID is received, a secret determination means determining whether the electronic data is secret information or not based on the secret flag storage means, a terminal ID storage means storing, when secret information is determined, the terminal ID in association with an electronic data ID, a processing information receiving means receiving processing to electronic data that is secret information from a terminal, and a history update means reflecting the processing to the electronic data to the terminal ID storage means; and a terminal including a radio-readable IC tag storing a terminal ID of the own terminal, a terminal ID transmitting means transmitting the terminal ID of the own terminal at the time of reading electronic data from the server, and a processing information transmitting means transmitting processing for the electronic data to the server.
