PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent emails from being missent to destinations unintended by a sender.;SOLUTION: A user terminal 10 has an address book recording and associating mail addresses and personal data on the holders of the mail addresses, including name, title, company name, section name, position, address, photograph and illustration entries, and a sending/receiving history file recording and associating sending/receiving history data, including the number and date/time of past emails sent and received to and from each mail address holder recorded in the address book; and before sending an email, executes a matching step of matching transmission data with a destination mail address, a destination name, an email body and the like entered against the data recorded in the address book, and a confirmation alert display step (S20) of extracting the personal data and sending/receiving history data corresponding to the destination mail address from the address book and sending/receiving history file and displaying them on the sender's user terminal 10.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
