PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric vibration element in which an elastic projection portion for positively blocking outflow of conductive adhesives to the outside of electrode pads are provided on a piezoelectric vibration element surface with a simple and low-cost process, in a supporting structure of the piezoelectric vibration element in which the piezoelectric element is electrically and mechanically joined using the conductive adhesive applied to each of the two closely arranged electrode pads.;SOLUTION: The structure is provided with the elastic projection portion 10 made of an elastic material on one surface 2b near one end edge of a piezoelectric substrate 2. The elastic projection portion has a T-like configuration consisting of a first projection portion 10a extending across the entire length in width direction of the piezoelectric substrate along the internal end edge of connection pads 3b, 4b, and a second projection portion 10b extending from an intermediate position of the first projection portion to one end edge of the piezoelectric substrate.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
