PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image composing apparatus, an image composing program, and an image composing program storing medium to inlay a sentence in a photographed image simply. PSOLUTION: The apparatus is provided with an image obtaining portion to obtain the image where a photographic subject is photographed; a text obtaining portion to obtain the text comprised of one sentence or more; an area classifier to analyze the photographic subject of the image obtained by the image obtaining portion, and to classify the area in the image into an important area where a relatively important photographic subject is shown and a non-important area except the important area according to a prescribed reference; and an image composing portion to generate a composite image by inlaying all or a part of the sentence comprising the text in the non-important area in the image.
