PSOLUTION: The invention provides a sugar phosphorylation agent containing at least one of (a) a protein having a sugar phosphorylation activity and containing an amino acid sequence expressed by a specific sequence, (b) a nucleic acid encoding a protein having a sugar phosphorylation activity and containing an amino acid sequence expressed by a specific sequence, (c) a nucleic acid encoding a protein hybridizing under a stringent condition with a nucleic acid having a sugar phosphorylation activity and composed of a base sequence expressed by a specific sequence or a nucleic acid composed of a sequence complementary to the base sequence and having sugar phosphorylation activity, (d) a recombinant vector containing the nucleic acid (b) or (c), and (e) a transformant transformed by the recombinant vector (d).
