PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conidial germination promoter for an insect pathogenic filamentous fungus, Nomuraea rileyi (hereinafter, preferred to as N. rileyi).;SOLUTION: The N. rileyi germination promoter comprises a solvent extract of silkworm. The solvent extract of silkworm includes a silkworm soup. Thereby, the N. rileyi can efficiently be cultured, and a natural enemy microbial pesticide containing the N. rileyi can be obtained, and is especially useful as a pesticide for controlling insects such as lepidopteron, orthopteran, hemipteron and coleoptera.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
