PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily grasp the update place of a document when the document is revised. PSOLUTION: A difference extraction part 103 extracts a difference between a document source transmitted from user terminals 2-1 and 2-2 and the latest edition document source stored in a storage part 106. When the difference is extracted, an update history management part 104 embeds the revision tag in which an incremented count value has been additionally written as a revision number in a place where the difference in the document source has been extracted, and makes a storage part 106 store it. A display attribute table 107 stores display attributes in displaying the place where the revision tag has been embedded at user terminals 2-1 and 2-2 for every revision number of the revision tag. In transmitting the latest edition document source to user terminals 2-1 to 2-2, a display data generation part 108 sets the display attributes of the place where the revision tag has been embedded in the latest edition document source according to the revision number additionally written in the revision tag by referring to the display attribute table 107.
