PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stirrer constituted so as not to form a stagnation region in the liquid held to a liquid holding part even if the volume of a held liquid becomes very little and a liquid holding part becomes fine and capable of uniformly stirring the held liquid, and also to provide an analyzer equipped with the stirrer.;SOLUTION: The stirrer 20 is constituted so as to stirr a liquid by irradiating the liquid with a sonic wave and the analyzer is equipped with the stirrer 20. The stirrer 20 is equipped with a liquid holding part 6a for holding a liquid and a surface elastic wave element 22, which is arranged on the outside of a wall 6b constituting the liquid holding part 6a and inclined with respect to the wall 6b and applys a sonic wave Wa going in two mutually surface-symmetric directions to the wall 6b.
