METHOD FOR OVERHAULING AND CONSTRUCTING BLAST FURNACE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for overhauling and constructing a blast furnace with which the shortage of work term of overhauling work and the constructing work for blast furnace and improvement of safety can be obtained.;SOLUTION: A furnace top structure and a furnace body block positioned at the upper step are hung up on the blast furnace foundation 6 and after cutting off the furnace top structure and the furnace body block from the lowest step of the furnace body block in order, the above furnace top structures and the above furnace body blocks are laid on the blast furnace foundation with a transferring table on the blast furnace foundation. Then, after laying, these overhauled materials are shifted to a furnace body transporting carriage 5 for setting a laying level adjusting structure so as to match to the level of the blast furnace foundation and transported to an overhauling place with the furnace body transporting carriage.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
