PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball mill, wherein refractory bricks are hardly flaked, and defective foams are hardly generated even when baking the manufactured powder; and to provide a glass powder manufacturing method.;SOLUTION: The ball mill is characterized in that neatly arranged refractory bricks are adhered and fixed to an inner surface of a metallic vessel via a resin layer, and a ball mill vessel in which an inorganic filling layer is formed at a joint section between the refractory bricks is included. In the glass powder manufacturing method, a glass powder is manufactured by using the ball mill constituted so that neatly arranged refractory bricks are adhered and fixed to the inner surface of the metallic vessel via the resin layer, and the ball mill vessel in which the inorganic filling layer is formed at a joint section between the refractory bricks.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
