PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical reaction evaluation device and a chemical reaction evaluation method capable of evaluating chemical reaction of a reaction medium quickly and precisely.;SOLUTION: The chemical reaction evaluation device comprises: a reaction gas supply part 1 that supplies a reaction gas; a switching part 2 for switching a destination of reaction gas supply; a storage part 3 that stores microreactors 30 serving as reaction vessels; a reaction gas lead-through part 5 through which the reaction gas is led from the microreactors 30; and a detection part 6 that detects a component of the gas led through the reaction gas lead-through part 5 by the use of gas chromatography. The microreactor 30 is constituted so that a substrate 31 is laminated with a substrate 32 with stripe-shaped grooves formed as flow paths 32a for reaction gas.
