PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical reaction evaluation device and a chemical reaction evaluation method capable of evaluating chemical reaction of a reaction medium quickly and precisely.;SOLUTION: The chemical reaction evaluation device comprises: a reaction gas supply part 1 that supplies a reaction gas; a switching part 2 for switching a destination of reaction gas supply; a storage part 3 that stores microreactors 30 serving as reaction vessels; a reaction gas lead-through part 5 through which the reaction gas is led from the microreactors 30; and a detection part 6 that detects a component of the gas led through the reaction gas lead-through part 5 by the use of gas chromatography. The microreactor 30 is constituted so that a substrate 31 is laminated with a substrate 32 with stripe-shaped grooves formed as flow paths 32a for reaction gas. The plurality of flow paths 32a are formed in the microreactor 30, and the single or the plurality of microreactors 30 are stored in the storage part 3, thereby the plurality of flow paths can be connected to the device.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
