PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a network side to recognize a state of receiving contents in each reception terminal device even when contents distribution is performed from the network side to each reception terminal device in a P-t-M system.;SOLUTION: A radio network management apparatus for simultaneously distributing the same contents to a plurality of reception terminal devices 105 is disclosed, wherein a contents distribution unit 231 distributes contents to the reception terminal devices 105 in a P-t-M (Point-to-Multipoint) system.
