PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding design principle for a masonry block, as well as the masonry block, wherein the blocks can be easily laid and yield strength against pulling force, shearing force and bending moment are exerted without using any joint material or reinforcement. PSOLUTION: The masonry block is composed in such a way that a woven-fabric-like masonry state is formed and an yield strength is transmitted among the masonry blocks by combining the masonry blocks of the same shape. Also, the molding designing principle performs the maximum yield strength since a half of the area of the face where the masonry blocks are connected to each other is used for recessed/protruded parts while the masonry block uses the molding principle.
