METHOD FOR JUDGING SERVICE LIFE OF BROACH, BROACH QUALITY CONTROL DEVICE, AND BROACHING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for judging a service life of a broach for exactly judging whether or not the service life of the broach expires and whether or not cutting amount, etc. of each cutting edge is in a normal state without directly measuring the broach, a broach quality control device and a broaching device.;SOLUTION: Back component force to be cutting resistance load acting in the direction orthogonal to an axial direction of the broach 101 is measured according to moving in the cutting direction. The actually measured value is compared with a reference value to be the back component force of the broach 101 when flank wear amount (s) of the cutting edge 110 is a wear limit value. When the actually measured value is the reference value or less, it is judged that the service life of the broach 101 does not expire.
